Schematic Approval of Landscape & Signage with following conditions:

 

- Provide safer condition for pedestrians along Superior with at minimum 18" - 24" amenity strip & 8' sidewalk. Review potential for improved streetscape elements including bumpouts, removal of on-street parking, integration with Superior Midway bike lane project

 

- Provide "outdoor living room" spaces within the plaza for meetings with victims 

 

- Further consideration of boulders vs bollards. Review ground-plane material to alleviate maintenance concerns of trimming around each bollard/boulder

 

- Work with City Staff on tree preservation plan for trees along Superior Ave

 

 

Final Approval for Architecture with following conditions:

 

- Change arbor vitae to vegetative screen on west side of parking garage (can be approved administratively)
